Wash Cold: Always wash in cold water (30°C or below). It saves energy, prevents shrinking, and protects colors from fading.
Turn Inside Out: Wash your clothes inside out to protect the fabric fibers, prints, and embroidery from friction.
Air Dry Over Heat: Whenever possible, line-dry your clothes. Heavy dryer heat damages fabric elasticity and causes shrinkage.
Sort Your Laundry: Separate lights, darks, and delicates to prevent color bleeding.
🧵 Category-Specific Tips
Cotton Essentials: Cotton is durable but prone to shrinking in high heat. Wash on a gentle cycle and reshape while damp before hanging to dry.
Denim & Jeans: To maintain their shape and wash, wash your jeans as little as possible. Always wash them inside out in cold water and never tumble dry.
Swimwear: High heat, chlorine, and salt can ruin swimwear elastic. Rinse with fresh water immediately after use, hand wash with mild soap, and dry flat in the shade (direct sun fades colors).
Winter & Knitwear: Heavy sweaters should be hand-washed or placed on a delicate wool cycle. Always dry flat on a towel—hanging heavy wet knits will stretch them out of shape.

1. Eligibility / 1. الشروط والأهلية
Items must be in the same condition as received, with the original tag attached. / حالة المنتج: يجب أن تكون المنتجات بحالتها الأصلية التي استُلمت بها، مع ضرورة وجود الملصق الأصلي (التيكيت) متصلاً بها.
Each order is eligible for one action only (either a return or an exchange). / عدد المحاولات: يحق لكل طلب إجراء إجراء واحد فقط (إما استرجاع أو استبدال).
Requests must be made within 14 days of the purchase date. / المدة الزمنية: يجب تقديم طلبات الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال خلال 14 يومًا من تاريخ الشراء.
Products with damaged or altered packaging cannot be returned or exchanged. / التغليف: لا يمكن استرجاع أو استبدال المنتجات التي تعرضت عبواتها أو غلافها للتلف أو التغيير.

Items that have been previously worn or washed. / المنتجات التي تم ارتدائها أو غسلها مسبقًا.

A shipping fee applies to all returns or exchanges, varying depending on the governorate. / تُطبق رسوم شحن على جميع عمليات الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال، وتختلف التكلفة بناءً على المحافظة.

5. Refunds / 5. استرداد الأموال
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection. / سيتم رد المبالغ المستردة إلى طريقة الدفع الأصلية خلال 7 إلى 10 أيام عمل بعد فحص المنتجات والتأكد من سلامتها.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable. / مصاريف الشحن الأصلية غير قابلة للاسترداد.
