Return & Exchange 
1. Eligibility
•Items must be in the same condition as received, with the original tag.
•Each order is eligible for one action only (return or exchange).
•Requests must be made within 14 days of purchase.
•Products with damaged or altered packaging cannot be returned or exchanged.
 
2. Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
•Items purchased on sale or with a discount code.
•Accessories, swimwear, and body care products.
•Products that are damaged, altered, or missing original packaging/tags.
 
3. How to Return or Exchange

•We will guide you through the return shipping process.
 
4. Fees
•A 120 EGP fee applies for all returns or exchanges.
•This covers processing and handling.
 
5. Refunds
•Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection.
•Shipping costs are non-refundable.
